Each year, the 448-acre, historic Landsford Canal State Park welcomes the largest population of Rocky Shoals spider lilies in the world. In addition to this stunning display, visitors enjoy the 1.5-mile Canal Trail, picnics, group gatherings and special events.
For over 25 years, this annual festival has been a fun family event featuring a Hot Rod and classic car shows, donut eating contest, puppet and magic shows as well as Catawba dancers, live entertainment, craft vendors and a pet contest.
Having served the region for more than 20 years and located at the Chester Catawba Airport, Skydive Carolina features a diving school, tandem plunges and various programs for both beginners and experienced divers.
