As part of our own spring cleaning here at the SC I-77 Alliance, we have an exciting new addition to our site for users worldwide who are seeking property in York County. This property search tool, created in partnership with York County Economic Development, was born out of a mutual desire to better share the many available properties in York County in a more user-friendly way. This new tool features an interactive map, aligned with a comprehensive lineup of search categories to specify property types down to the South Carolina certification. Property pages now also allow users to download printable brochures, view multiple photos and maps related to the area, and read into various useful specifications about each lot.
What’s the best part of this new feature? All of these valuable tools can be used to survey the premiere manufacturing, distribution and office spaces in York County in one place. We are committed to keeping this resource up-to-date and synchronized with LocateSC and the SC 1-77 Alliance to ensure efficiency.
For Commercial Properties
In addition, we’ve added a similar tool for Commercial Property Searches. This new resource now gives users the capability to peruse the commercial properties in York County that we do not routinely monitor. This includes flex space, specialty, retail, office, medical land and more. This tool can now benefit retail or other small businesses we could not previously assist day-to-day. Users will now have access to an interactive map outlining the daily status of commercial development around York County.
